摘　　要：目的考察两个厂家及各自三个批号的溶出情况。方法溶出度测定采用桨法,紫外分光光度法测定两个厂家三个批号的含量,检测波长为240 nm。结果转速为50 r.min-1时,两个厂家不同批号苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片在30 min均溶出75%以上。结论两个厂家各自三批号的苯磺酸氨氯地平分散片溶出度都符合要求。Objective To investigate the dissolution of amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets of three batch numbers from two manufacturers Methods Dissolution test was carried out with rotating oar.With the UV spectrophotoretric method and in wavelength of 240 nm,we detected the dissolution degree of amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets of three batch numbers from different pharmaceutical factories.Results The accumulative release percentage of amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets from 2 manufacturers at 30 min was over 75% when the paddle rotated 50 r·min-1.Conclusion The dissolution degrees of amlodipine besylate dispersible tablets from two manufacturers are within the quality standards.
