摘　　要：本文介绍了目前我国人才培养的一些弊端,国内外产学研对人才培养的现状,并结合了闽江学院服装与艺术工程系具体的情况,肯定了服装与艺术工程系在产学研方面提出的一些想法和做出的一些成绩,并对此提出了一些自己的想法和建议。This paper focuses on the current shortcomings of China’s talent cultivation, production and research at home and abroad on the status of personnel training, combined with the specific situation I am definitely in the production and research aspects of my department and achievements of some of the ideas put forward some personal thoughts and advices.
