高寒缺氧环境中的脉诊研究

摘　　要：目的探索人体在高寒缺氧环境中人体超负荷运动后,因脏腑功能损伤所造成的脉象变化规律。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将北方寒冷地区190名健康战士分成试验组与对照组,针对高寒缺氧超强度运动所造成的肝、心、肺损伤,试验组服用参姜锁阳益气片,对照组服用安慰剂,进行服药前后脉象观察。结果试验组服药后未出现肝、心、肺损伤脉象,而对照组脉形及降中峡幅改变则无明显差异。结论参姜锁阳益气片是防治高寒缺氧环境心肺并发症的有效药物。本研究为高寒缺氧环境超负荷工作人群疾病防治和预防高寒缺氧超负荷条件下心肺功能衰竭提供了有效的药物和检测手段。Objective To discuss the pulse-phase regular pattern change of visceral function injury due to overtraining in high-cold and oxygen deficient environment.Methods With randomized and controlled study,190 healthy soldiers in high-cold area were divided into control group and treatment group,for observing the injury caused by high-cold,hypoxia and excessive training.The treatment group took Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi tables and the control group took placebos for two weeks.The pulse of the two goups before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the pulse of liver,heart,lung injury was not found,while that of the control group had no change.Conclusion Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi tablets could be the effective drug for heart and lung injury of high-cold and oxygen deficient environment.The study provides effective drug and testing facility for prevention and and treatment of heart and lung failure of those overload people worked in high-cold and oxygen deficient environment.
