摘 要:目的优选三黄栓制备工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以外观、次品率、小檗碱含量的综合评分为指标,评价三黄栓的质量,对其制备工艺进行筛选。结果优选出三黄栓的最佳制备工艺为:药粉与基质间比例为1∶4,药液温度45℃,脱模时间20 min,搅拌时间3 min,重复试验结果满意。结论优选出的制剂工艺设计合理可行,结果稳定可靠,所制备的三黄栓色泽均匀、外观光滑,成品各项指标均符合规定。Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of Sanhuang suppository.Methods The preparation procedure was optimized by orthogonal experiment and based on comprehensive indexes such as appearance,rate of defects and content of berberine,to evaluate the quality of Sanhuang suppository.Results The optimized preparetion procedure was as follows:ratio of drug powder and base was 1∶4,fluid tempreture was 45 ℃,demoulding time was 20 min,and mix time was 3 min.The experimental results could be duplicated.Conclusion The optimized preparation procedure was rationale and feasible,the results were stable and reliable.The prepared suppository was colored equably with smooth appearance,and all quality indexes comply with regulation.
