摘　　要：目的测定淫羊藿苷的人血浆蛋白结合率。方法采用超滤法结合高效液相色谱法对淫羊藿苷与健康人血浆的蛋白结合率进行测定。结果淫羊藿苷与人血浆在200、100、50μg/mL浓度下的血浆蛋白结合率分别为89.51%±1.08%、90.12%±0.78%、90.26%±0.64%。结论体外淫羊藿苷与人血浆蛋白具有较强的结合,且蛋白结合率对血药浓度无明显的依赖性。Objective To determine the protein binding rates of Icariin with human plasma protein.Methods Ultrafiltration method coupled with HPLC were employed to determine protein binding rates of Icariin with human plasma protein.Results The protein binding rate of Icariin with human plasma protein was 89.51%±1.08%,90.12%±0.78%,90.26%±0.64% with plasma concentration of 200,100 and 50 μg/mL,respectively.Conclusion Icariin has higher extent protein binding with human plasma protein.Moreover,the binding rate was not proportionally dependent on plasma concentration of Icariin.
