摘　　要：目的评价美沙酮维持治疗(methadone maintenance treatment,MMT)门诊患者100%安全套使用项目(condom use programme,CUP)干预预防性传播疾病的效果。方法选取武汉市两所MMT门诊的213名静脉注射吸毒者作为干预组,免费发放安全套,半年内接受3次100%CUP干预,于基线、第6个月和第12个月进行血清学检测,问卷调查安全套使用情况;选择武汉市另两所MMT门诊的91名与干预组年龄和性别匹配的静脉注射吸毒者作为对照组,仅免费发放安全套,进行血清学检测和问卷随访。结果 12个月后,干预组最近一次性行为安全套使用率(68.08%)明显高于对照组(27.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组衣原体/梅毒新感染率(2.82%/2.35%)低于对照组(13.19%/8.79%),差异有统计学意义(分别有P<0.001,P=0.011)。结论 100%CUP能有效降低美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者性传播疾病感染的发生率。Objective To assess the preventive effect of 100% Condom Use Programme（CUP） for sexually transmitted disease（STD） among outpatients receiving methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）.Methods Two hundred and thirteen intravenous drug MMT outpatients（intervention group） selected from two MMT clinics were given free condoms,3 waves of 100% CUP intervention and followed up at baseline,6 and 12 months.Ninety one age and sex matched MMT outpatients（control group） selected from another two MMT clinics were only given free condoms.Two groups were administered with condom use questionnaire and detected HIV,chlamydia,syphilis,HBV and HCV with serological test at each follow-up time point.Results At month 12 after intervention,intervention group had higher recent condom use rate（68.08%） than control group（27.47%）,P0.001;intervention group had lower chlamydia/syphilis incidence rate（2.82%/2.35%） than control group（13.19%/8.79%）,the difference had statistical significance（P0.001 and P=0.011）.Conclusions 100% CUP can effectively reduce the STD incidence.
