安徽省阜阳市2008-2010年恙虫病疫情流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解2008-2010年阜阳市恙虫病流行特点,为控制疫情提供依据。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中恙虫病发病统计数据,对阜阳市2008-2010年恙虫病发病资料进行描述性分析。结果 2008-2010年阜阳市共报告恙虫病病例604例,年均发病率为2.39/10万,其中2010年发病率最高,达3.17/10万;发病时间主要集中在10月和11月份,占96.69%;不同性别间发病率差异无统计学意义(U=0.814,P=0.416);不同年龄组发病有统计学差异,并随着年龄的增大,恙虫病发病率有逐渐升高的趋势(χ2趋势=394.936,P<0.001);职业构成以农民为主,占恙虫病发病总数的81.62%。结论阜阳市恙虫病的发生存在明显的季节和年龄差异。在流行季节应针对重点人群加强健康教育,减少感染机会,控制恙虫病的发生和流行。Objective To understand the epidemic feature of scrub typhus in Fuyang City,2008-2010,so as to provide scientific evidence for scrub typhus control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the epidemiology of scrub typhus from 2008 to 2010 based on the data collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.Results 604 cases were reported and the average annual incidence was 2.39/100 thousand in Fuyang City,2008-2010.The incidence was 3.17/100 thousand in 2010,when the incidence was the highest.There was obvious seasonality in the onset of scrub typhus.The total amount of scrub typhus onset cases from October to November was the most,which accounted 96.69%.There was no significant difference in the incidence between different genders（U=0.814,P=0.416）,whereas a significant difference was found in different age groups.With the increased age,there was a rise trend in the incidence of scrub typhus（χ2trend=394.936,P0.001）.In occupational distribution,the number of farmer occupied a large proportion of cases（81.62%）.Conclusions The incidence of scrub typhus in Fuyang has significant difference among different seasons and ages.During the sickly season,health education is very important for controlling scrub typhus.
