岗梅根水提物在小鼠体内抗H9N2亚型禽流感病毒实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察岗梅根水提物对滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒小鼠的保护作用。方法以磷酸奥司他韦为阳性药,通过H9N2亚型禽流感病毒滴鼻感染小鼠,分别建立小鼠病毒性肺炎动物模型和病毒感染致小鼠死亡的动物模型,观察小鼠肺部病变和死亡情况,以肺指数及小鼠死亡率作为观测指标,评价岗梅根水提物对感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒小鼠的保护效果。结果岗梅根水提物中、低剂量组可显著降低禽流感病毒感染小鼠的肺指数(P<0.01);降低禽流感病毒感染小鼠死亡率,延长其存活时间(P<0.01)。结论岗梅根水提物对滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒小鼠具有良好的保护作用。Objective To study the inhibitory effects of the water extract of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae on aiv influenza virus H9N2 in vivo.Methods The model mice were infected by nasal dripping of H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus.Oseltamivir was selcted as the positive control.The inhibitory effects of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae on influenza viral pneumonia were observed.The lung index and motality rate were selected as indicators of protective effect.Results Compared with the viral control group,low-dose and middle-dose water extract of Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae can obviously ease lung inflammation of mice infected by aiv influenza virus H9N2,reduce the lung index,decrease the motality rate of the mice infected by H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus,and extend the survival time.Conclusion Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae has strong inhibitory effects on aiv influenza virus H9N2.
