摘  要:利用煅烧-酸浸提增白技术对安徽含山硬石膏原矿进行增白研究,考察了煅烧时间和温度、煅烧添加剂及用量、浸提酸浓度及温度等因素对石膏白度的影响。结果表明,优化增白工艺条件为:煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为2 h,煅烧添加剂为NH4Cl,添加量为5%,浸提酸浓度为0.6 mol/L,浸提温度为70℃。可将硬石膏原矿白度从86.8%提高到100.8%。Anhydrite of Hanshan in Anhui was studied by acid-leaching method.The effect of calcining time and temperature,calcined additives and the added amount,acid concentration and leaching time on whitening process were investigated.The optimized process conditions were obtained as follows:calcining temperature 800 ℃,calcining time 2 h,NH4Cl was selected as calcined additives and 5% on better,acid concentration was 0.6 mol/L,leaching temperature was 70 ℃.The whiteness of anhydrite was improved from 86.8% to 100.8%.
