油包水乳状液稳定性的室内评价方法研究

摘　　要：以四种乳状液作为评价对象,在原有的乳状液稳定性评价方法(破乳电压法和乳化率法)的基础上,新引入了稳定性评分表征法和离心法分别作为乳状液长时间静态稳定性及外力作用下稳定性好坏的评价方法。结果表明,四种乳状液的稳定性评分(SV)值都能大于8,且离心率小于30%。With four kinds of emulsion as evaluation objects,on the basis of original stability evaluation methods（breaking voltage method and emulsification rate method）,two methods of stability score value（SV） and centrifugation were newly introduced as the stability of emulsion under long static stability and external force stability.The results showed that four kinds of emulsion stability score value（SV） were more than 8 and centrifugal rate was less than 30%.
