棉花光敏雄性核不育两用系研究与利用

摘　　要：2003~2010年,在对洞A核不育系的杂交转育中,发现了棉花光敏感核不育系后,对其进行了初步研究,通过三亚冬繁自交和荆州短日照处理,均能结铃,在荆州常日照条件下无花粉,证明该系为光敏感核不育。将该不育系与陆地棉品种杂交,其F1代均可育,且杂种优势明显。Cotton photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were found in the transfer of Cave A nuclear male sterile lines from 2003 to 2010. Preliminary research Confirmed that this photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were, fertile in SanYa self multiplication and local short day treatment but infertile in local long day conditions. When the photoperiod sensitive male sterile lines were hybirdized with normal cotton varieties, FI generation displayed fertile and obvious heterosis.
