摘 要:目的研究温度对一年生和两年生金钗石斛生长和生理代谢的影响。方法设置4、15、25、35、45℃5个温度梯度,人工气候箱培养,观察一年生和两年生金钗石斛生长及生理代谢指标的变化情况。结果 25℃培养下,金钗石斛株高增长量最大,其叶片和根系中丙二醛、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸量均最低,且随处理时间的延长并无显著变化。结论 25℃是一年生和两年生金钗石斛生长的最佳温度。Objective Effects of temperature on the growth and physiological metabolism of the annual and biennial plants of Dendrobium nobile were investigated in this paper. Methods The annual and biennial plants of D. nobile were cultured in the artificial-controlled climate chambers at 4, 15, 25, 35, and 45 ℃, respectively. The changes of the growth and physiological metabolism were observed. Results The increasing height was the highest and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar, and free proline in the leaves and roots were the lowest at 25 ℃, respectively. There was no significant change with the extension of time. Conclusion Among the above five temperatures, 25 ℃ is the optimum temperature for the growth of the annual and biennial plants ofD. nobile.
