基于专家观点的糖尿病证候要素提取文献分析

摘　　要：目的分析基于专家观点的糖尿病中医证候的出现率,并提取确立其证候要素。方法对1980年以来国内公开报道的有关糖尿病中医辨证分型的相关文献进行分析,从文献中的专家观点提取证候要素,并运用2检验对其进行多组间的比较。结果气阴两虚、阴阳两虚、阴虚热盛与其他各组比较均有显著性差异,是糖尿病最常见的中医证候;肝肾阴虚、阴虚燥热、气滞血瘀、肺胃燥热也可认为是糖尿病的常见证候。阴虚、气虚、阳虚、内热在专家观点中出现频率很高(>80%),与其他出现频率较低的各证候要素相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病证候要素的确立和应证组合是证候量化诊断及疗效评价标准研究的新探索。糖尿病常见的证候要素有阴虚、气虚、阳虚、内热、血瘀、内燥、气滞、内湿、痰浊。Objective It is to analyze the literature on experts＇ opinions concerning the syndrome elements of diabetes mellitus. Methods The literature published after the founding of China concerning syndrome elements of diabetes mellitus were sorted out and statistical analysis were carried out on experts＇ opinions in the documents using X2 test. Results Qi and Yin Deficiency, Yin and Yang Deficiency, Yin Deficiency hot with other groups were filled more significant difference, they were the most common diabetes syndromes; Liver and kidney deficiency, Yin scorching, Qi and blood stasis, Lung and stomach hot and dry were the common diabetes syndromes. High rate of references （over 80% ） were made in the experts＇ opinion to the following syndromes elements： Yin asthenia, Qi asthenia, Yang asthenia, internal heat with marked significance between them （ P 〉 0. 001 ） but with marked significance from the types of others such as blood stasis, Qi stagnation, dampness, phlegm （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The syndrome elements of Diabetes mellitus arranged according to the frequency of reference are： Yin as- thenia, Qi asthenia, Yang asthenia, internal heat, blood stasis, internal dryness, Qi stagnation, dampness, phlegm.
