摘　　要：运用ANSYS软件对一系列大锥角锥形封头在承受内压的状况下进行有限元模拟,并通过应力分析表达大锥角锥形封头的受力状况,以此来确定分析部位,并且结合现有的计算公式,给出综合的计算方法,为化工机械使用和选择此类封头提供理论参考。FEM of a series of large cone angle conical head was done by ANSYS software when these heads were bearing conditions under internal pressure.And force status of large cone angle conical head was expressed by stress analysis,which was used to determine analysis part.Integrated method was given with the existing formula,which provided reference in using and choosing the cone for industry.
