摘 要:为提高水平井开发效益,解决筛管水平井找水、控水和堵水的技术难题,研制了筛管水平井环空化学封隔器(ACP)。针对ACP材料的触变性、管外填充形状稳定性和封隔强度等3大技术难点,研制了新型XAN-SP环空化学封隔器材料。通过持压强度、流动性和剪切强度试验,评价了XAN-SP浆体的触变性能、胶凝强度和填充形态稳定性;在XAN-RC封堵模拟试验流程中测定了XAN-SP胶塞的封隔强度和膨胀性能;模拟ACP在现场实施的实际工况,设计了三种模拟试验流程,研究了XAN-SP环空化学封隔器技术在现场实施的工艺参数。试验结果表明,XAN-SP是一种触变性强、填充形状稳定性好、封隔强度高的新型ACP材料。现场试验表明,通过模拟试验流程确定的ACP施工参数能够保证现场施工的安全顺利进行。Outside annular chemical packer (ACP) for horizontal wells is determined to be used to enhance the development efficiency of horizontal wells and solve the technique problems such as water hinting, water controlling and water plugging in this kind of wells. Based on the key technique problems ofthixotropy, outside filling shape stability and plugging strength of ACP materials, a new type outside ACP material XAN-SP has been studied. The thixotropy, gel strength and filled shape stability for the new slurry have been analyzed by compressive strength, liquidity and shear strength tests. The plugging strength and expansion property of XAN-SP were evaluated during the process of XAN-RC plugging stimulated experiment; three stimulated tests flows were designed to imitate ACP applied in field case, and then the technique parameters of ACP for site operation were obtained. The experimental results showed that XAN-SP is an advanced ACP material characterized by well thixotropy, stable filled shape and high plugging strength; besides, the final site practice indicated that ACP treating parameters determined by stimulated test could guarantee the field operation treated smoothly and safely.
