HPLC法测定复方治障明眼液中大黄酚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方治障明眼液中大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合相硅胶,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,检测波长254nm,测定该制剂中大黄酚的含量。结果线性范围3.004～30.04μg,r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.6%(n=5)。结论方法简便、快速、准确。复方治障明眼液中大黄酚含量定为不低于0.05mg/ml,为制订复方治障明眼液质量标准提供了可行的依据。a Objet perfo ve To establish rmance liquid chromatographic method for determination of Chrysophanol the in Fu Fang Zhi Zhang Ming Eye-drop Method Hypersil m） was HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column（250 mm^4.6 mm, 5 used.
