摘 要:邢台市是冀南以发展煤化工、钢制品、装备制造为主的工业城市。文章运用能值理论,对邢台市1990~2009年城市生态经济系统资源流、货币流、人口流和信息流等进行核算,结果表明:邢台市1990~2009年生态经济系统流入能值增加,能值产出下降,可持续发展指数大幅下降,环境负载率不断升高。认为邢台市目前的发展模式主要是资源消耗型经济,经济发展主要建立在对本地不可更新资源的开发利用上。因此,应改变发展模式,调整产业结构,提高资源利用率,增加产品附加值,促进生态经济系统健康可持续发展。Xingtai City is in southern Hebei Province and it is an industrial city whose development is based on coal chemical industry, steel products and equipment manufacturing. During the last 30 years, the structure and function of urban eco-economic system of Xingtai City have changed significantly. With the method of emergy analysis, we accounted the resource flows, money flows, population flows and information flows of Xingtai City from 1990 to 2009. The results showed that: the emergy inflows of Xingtai City increased, but emergy output decreased, and sustainability index dropped significantly and environment load ratio raised continuously from 1990 to 2009; the development model of Xingtai City was a high resource consumption economy mode, which is primarily based on the utilization of local non-renewable resources; therefore, we should change the development mode, adjust the industrial structure, increase the added value of product, and promote the sustainable development of eco-economic system.
