摘 要::多元标准加入法是将普通单元标准加入法拓展为一种同时测定相互干扰的多组分的新方法。该方法应用多因素正交回归设计原理,在相互干扰的多组分待测体系中,采用多元标准加入法,由正交回归分析得到一组准确反映多个组分与被测物理量之间的回归方程。该方程引入的乘积项能准确表达组分间的交互作用,而常数项又准确表达样品中待测组分的含量。因此,该方法可用于多种分析方法中,例如极谱法,进行多组分的同时测定。作为本文的分析实例,在0.1mol·L-1KCl的支持电解质中,以差分脉冲极谱法同时测定了河水中的铅、铊、镉,测定误差均不大于4%,三种组分的回收率在96%—110%之内。This paper provides a new method of simultaneous determination of multi-components interfering with each other in mixture. This method adopts orthogonal regress design with the multi component standard addition. Therefore, a group of exact regress equations of the measurment with the concentration of every component is obtained from orthogonal regress analysis. Their multiple terms in these equations accurately reflect the alternative effect between each other of these components, and their constant terms in these equations are able to determine accurately contents of every component in undetermined sample. This method is applicable to determine simultaneously the multi components in mixture used for many analytical methods, such as the polarography analysis. As an analysis example, Lead, Thallium and Cadmium in river-water are simultaneously determined by the differential pulse polarography in basic electrolyte of 0.1 mol·L -1 KCl. The errors of determination are less than 4 % ,and the recovery ratio of three components is in the range from 96% to 110% . This result shows that this method is accurate and reliable in the simultaneous determination of multi components.
