摘 要:通过溶液直接沉淀法制备了掺A l3+的亚微米氧化锌Zn(A l)O.研究在掺铝氧化锌存在和超声协同下,溶液初始pH、H2O2浓度、反应温度、Zn(A l)O投加量、Co2+浓度、亚甲基蓝(MB)浓度等实验条件对MB降解率的影响,结果表明:采用Fenton/Co2++Zn(A l)O+超声体系,在H2O2浓度为100 mmol/L,pH 5~9,温度30~50℃,Co2+浓度0.1~0.3 mmol/L,Zn(A l)O投加量1.0 g/L的条件下,MB溶液降解初始质量浓度达80 mg/L,自然光下超声1 h后降解率高达72%.掺铝氧化锌循环1次后降解率为68%,2次下降到48%.在自然光下降解,该文合成的Zn(A l)O的降解率是P25(降解率约40%)的1.8倍.Al3+-doped ZnO submicron rods were synthesized by one-step precipitation reaction in solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) for crystal structure and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) for morphology.The effects of key operating parameters,such as initial pH value,concentrations of H2O2,Co2+ and dyestuff,Zn(Al)O dosage,temperature and ultrasonic time on degradation of methylene blue(MB) were studied.Four different decoloring method were compared on the degradation ratio of MB.The optimal condition for degradation of MB was that under Co2+-Fenton process with ultrasound-assisted for 1 h,the most efficient removal ratio for 80 mg/L MB solution was 72% with the conditions of pH 5-9,=100 mmol/L,=0.1-0.3 mmol/L,[Zn(Al)O]=1.0 g/L,and reactive temperature 30-50 ℃.The degradation mechanism for the system of Fenton/Co2++Zn(Al)O+US was discussed.In addition,the recycling experiments of Zn(Al)O were performed three times and the degradation ratios were 72%,68% and 46% for the 1st,2nd and 3rd time,respectively.Under natural sunlight with ultrasound-assisted,the degradation ratio of MB in the presence of Zn(Al)O was 1.8 times as great as P25(degradation ratio is 40%).
