不同避孕环对避孕效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨安舒环与T环在临床应用时的避孕效果及女性带环期间的不良反应。方法:对我院2009年1月-2010年2月要求放置宫内节育器的237例女性随机分为两组,Ⅰ组120例女性放置安舒环,Ⅱ组117例女性放置T环。对所有女性随访6个月,分析两组女性的避孕效果及不良反应。结果:随访6个月后进行总结,Ⅰ组避孕失败2例,Ⅱ组避孕失败2例,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比两组不良反应,Ⅰ组发生不良反应共21例,Ⅱ组不良反应47例,两组不良反应率比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:安舒环是一种效果较好的宫内节育器,对女性的避孕效果较好,发生不良反应情况少,是一种较好的宫内节育器。Objective：To investigate the ANN Shu Huan and T ring in the clinical application of the contraceptive efficacy and adverse reactions during female band.Methods：In our hospital from 2009 January to 2010 February requirements of IUD in 237 females were randomly divided into two groups,120 cases in groupⅠplaced Ann Shu Huan,117 cases in group Ⅱ placed T ring.All cases were followed up for 6 months,the analysis of two groups of female contraceptive efficacy and adverse reaction.Results：Follow-up of 6 months after summarizing,there were 2 cases contraceptive failure in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ group of contraceptive failure were 2 cases,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Comparing the two groups of adverse reaction,the incidence of adverse reactions in group Ⅰ 21,Ⅱ group of adverse reaction of 47,two groups of adverse reaction rate differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Ann Shu Huan is a better effect of IUD,the women＇s contraceptive effect is good,the occurrence of adverse circumstances,is a kind of better iud.
