摘　　要：目的探讨社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎所致急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断和治疗。方法对12例确诊病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 12例患者,治愈8例,死亡4例。结论一旦考虑ARDS诊断,应立即给予以机械通气为中心的综合治疗。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome which caused by CA-MRSA. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with ARDS were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 12 patients with ARDS, 8 cases were cured and 4 cases died. Conclusions Once the diagnosis of ARDS is considered, integrated treatment of mechanical ventilation as the center should be immediately given.
