奥曲肽治疗老年肺结核大咯血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥曲肽在治疗老年肺结核大咯血的临床价值。方法将62例老年肺结核大咯血患者随机分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组),分别给予奥曲肽和酚妥拉明治疗,疗程四天,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果 A、B两组总有效率分别为93.54%、70.96%(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽治疗老年肺结核大咯血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical value of octreotide in treating senile patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with massive hemoptysis. Method All of 62 senile patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with massive hemoptysis were randomly divided into the treatment group （ group A） and the control group （ group B ）, and treated with octreotide and phentolamine respectively for four days to observe effects and adverse reactions thereof. Result Overall efficacies of Group A and B were 93.54% and 70. 96% respectively （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The Oceotide is quite effective in treating senile patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with massive hemoptysis,and worth clinical application.
