知母皂苷AⅢ药理活性及机制研究进展

摘　　要：中药知母是目前常用的中药材,具有抗菌、抗炎等广泛的药理作用,其主要成分知母皂苷也一直是国内外研究的热点。而作为知母皂苷的主要成分,知母皂苷AⅢ的药理学研究相对较少,本文就近年来对知母皂苷AⅢ的药理作用及机制进行阐述,希望能对深入研究与开发知母皂苷AⅢ的药效和药理作用提供参考帮助。Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, one of the Chinese traditional medicine, has been commonly used in antisepticize and antiinflammatory now. Its main components are being focused by scientists all over the world. Although even as a main component of Timosaponin, the pharmacological effects of Timosaponin AⅢ is still very poor.This article introduces the pharmacological effects and its mechanism researches for recent years, in hoping to show an instruction for further pharma- cological and mechanism studies of Timosaponin AⅢ.
