摘 要:目的无缝隙护理对提高护理工作满意度影响作用。方法将研究对象200例分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组应用传统护理模式,观察组采用无缝隙护理模式,同时自制满意度调查表,对两组患者进行调查,让患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度进行评价,数据进行统计学处理。结果观察组患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度评价与对照组患者及家属对护理服务质量满意度评价相比,各项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01),提示观察组护理服务质量满意度均优于对照组。结论开展无缝隙护理可以提高护理服务质量及患者和家属对护理服务工作的满意度。Objective To observe the influence of seamless nursing in the improvement of job satisfaction with nursing.Methods 200 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 patients in each group respectively.The traditional nursing model was used in the control group and the seamless nursing model was used in the observation group.At the same time,the self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate both groups of patients.The patients and their relatives were asked to evaluate the satisfaction with nursing service quality.The obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results Comparing the satisfaction evaluation of nursing service quality of patients and their relatives of the observation group and that of the control group,the results showed that every item had highly significant difference(P 0.05,P 0.01),indicating that the satisfaction with the nursing service quality of the observation group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion Seamless nursing can improve the nursing service quality and patients and their relatives' satisfaction with nursing service work.
