顺铂脂质体腹腔缓释化疗治疗S180腹水瘤小鼠肿瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较顺铂脂质体与顺铂注射液对S180腹水瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制效果。方法 40只昆明鼠腹腔内注射S180细胞,24 h后将其随机分成四组,每组10只,其中两组分别以顺铂脂质体和顺铂注射液腹腔注射,其他两组分别给予生理盐水和空白脂质体腹腔注射,共给药4次,给药间隔72 h。结果肿瘤种植14 d后,生理盐水对照组、空白脂质对照组、顺铂注射液组小鼠形成大量腹水,腹膜广泛转移;顺铂脂质体组仅形成少量腹水,腹膜未见转移。与生理盐水对照组比较,顺铂脂质体组和顺铂注射液组小鼠的生存时间显著延长(P<0.05),而顺铂脂质体组小鼠生存时间较顺铂注射液组显著延长(P<0.05)。结论顺铂脂质体腹腔内给药可以明显抑制腹水形成,有效抑制肿瘤的腹腔转移,延长腹水瘤小鼠生存时间。Objective To compare the tumor suppression effect of Cisplatin Liposome and Cisplatin Injection on S180 ascities tumor mice.Methods 40 Kunming mice were injected S180 cells intraperitoneally.24 h later,they were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 mice in each group,of which,two groups were injected with Cisplatin Liposome and Cisplatin Injection,the other two groups were injected with normal saline or blank liposomes,altogether 4 times,the medicine was given every 72 h.Results After 14 d of tumor implantation,there were a large amount of ascites and widely peritoneal metastasis in the saline control group,blank liposomes control group and Cisplatin Injection group.While in the Cisplatin Liposome group,there were only little ascites and no peritoneal metastasis.Compared with saline control group,the survival time of Cisplatin Liposome group and Cisplatin Injection group was significantly extended（P0.05）.While compared with Cisplatin Injection group,the survival time of Cisplatin Liposome group was significantly extended（P0.05）.Conclusion Intraperitoneal administration of Cisplatin Liposome can restrain the formation of ascites obviously,restrain the abdominal cavity metastasis of cancer effectively,and extend the survival time of ascities tumor mice.
