心理护理对癌症患者情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对癌症患者进行心理护理能否改善患者情绪障碍。方法对我院100例癌症患者进行心理护理,包括告之患有癌症、癌症的治疗与预后、癌症应对方法、癌症患者同伴教育等,比较心理护理前后患者的焦虑、抑郁程度变化。结果患者焦虑总分、精神症状总分、躯体症状总分在心理护理后明显低于心理护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着心理护理的开展,焦虑程度进一步下降。心理护理前患者中无抑郁者3例(3%),轻度抑郁36例(36%),中度抑郁43例(43%),重度抑郁18例(18%);心理护理后无抑郁者26例(26%),轻度抑郁45例(45%),中度抑郁22例(22%),重度抑郁7例(7%),心理护理前后患者抑郁程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可有效减轻癌症患者抑郁焦虑程度,提高心理卫生水平。Objective To investigate if psychological nursing can improve cancer patients＇ emotional disorders.Methods One hundred cancer patients received psychological nursing,including acknowledgement of cancer,treatment and prognosis of cancer,remedies of cancer,peer education of cancer patients,then changes of anxiety and depression degrees of patients before and after psychological nursing were compared.Results The total scores of anxiety,psychiatric symptoms and somatic symptoms after psychological nursing were all significantly lower than those before psychological nursing,with statistically significant differences（P0.05）.As the development of psychological nursing,the anxiety degree further reduced.Before psychological nursing,there were 3 patients（3%） without depression,36 patients（36%） with mild depression,43 patients（43%） with moderate depression and 18 patients（18%） with severe depression;After psychological nursing,there were 26 patients（26%） without depression,45 patients（45%） with mild depression,22 patients（22%） with moderate depression and 7 patients（7%） with severe depression,with statistically significant differences in the depression degree between before and after psychological nursing（P0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively reduce the depression and anxiety degrees of cancer patients and increase the level of mental health.
