芩榆烧伤液的特殊安全性试验研究

摘　　要：目的对芩榆烧伤液进行皮肤刺激性试验及皮肤过敏性试验,为其临床应用的安全性提供依据。方法采用刺激性试验,分别在豚鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤给药,一日内给药4次,末次给药后观察并记录可能出现的皮肤刺激反应;采用皮肤过敏性试验,分别于第0、7、14天在豚鼠皮肤给药致敏,第28天激发给药,观察豚鼠皮肤或全身过敏反应。结果芩榆烧伤液在豚鼠外用给药未引起皮肤刺激性和过敏性反应。结论芩榆烧伤液用于治疗火毒炽盛所致Ⅱ度以下烧伤、烫伤是较安全的。Objective To evaluate the irritation and allergy of Qinyu Shaoshangye on animals skin,and to provide the information of pre-clinical safety evaluation for application.Methods Skin irritation test with guinea pigs skin was used,the drug were administrated into intact skin and damaged skin 4 times a day.Skin stimulation reactions were observed and recorded in the end time after the treatment.Active allergic guinea pigs skin test was used,skin sensitization was administrated at 0,7th and 14th days.The skin or systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs were observed after 28 days.Results Qinyu Shaoshangye had no irritation and no allergy on guinea pigs skin.Conclusion Qinyu Shaoshangye,drug for the treatment of flaming fire caused Ⅱ degrees burns,is safer.
