院前急救及全面护理在32例儿童充血性心力衰竭救治中的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童充血性心力衰竭的院前急救及护理方法,为提高院前急救成功率提供可行有效的方法。方法选取2007年1月~2011年1月我院急诊科救治,经确诊属于充血性心力衰竭的32例患儿,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各16例。对照组进行常规急救治疗及护理,实验组在常规治疗基础上给予多巴胺联合米力农治疗,同时辅以全面护理。结果实验组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率75.00%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据患儿的病因,采取急救有效的救治方法同时配合高效全面的护理措施,提高了儿童充血性心力衰竭的救治率,降低了死亡率。Objective To explore the ways of pre-hospital care and comprehensive care in children with congestive heart failure,to provide the practical and effective method in improving the success rate of the first aid.Methods From January 2007 to January 2011 who came to our hospital emergency department for treatment,the 32 children with congestive heart failure were divided into control gorup and experiment group,each group had 16 cases.Control group was given the first aid treatment and care,experiment group was given Milrinone combined with Dopamine on the basis of conventional therapy treatment and comprehensive care.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was 93.75%,the total effective rate of control group was 75.00%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion According to children＇s causes,taking the first aid and effective treatment method in conjunction with efficient comprehensive nursing care can improve children＇s treatment of congestive heart failure rate and decreased the mortality.
