摘　　要：炼钢厂麦尔兹窑窑膛温度测量使用进口的红外测温系统,由于多种原因,此测温系统经常发生故障,影响正常生产。在维护或更换中产生较高的设备和使用成本。为此,我们决定应用价值工程(VE)理论结合实际需要对其进行国产化。The kiln chamber temperature measurement of Steel Mills MAERZ kiln use import infrared temperature measurement system, because many kinds of reasons, this temperature measurement system break down frequently, affects the regular production. Produces the high equipment and using cost in the maintenance or the replacement. Therefore, we decided that the application of value engineering （VE） theory combining with actual need carries on domestic manufacture to it.
