摘　　要：为了在全新的形势下做好信息系统运维管理工作，保证信息系统正常、可靠、高效、安全的运行，为用户和业务部门提供优质服务，必须改变现有系统运维管理模式与流程。本文以ITIL为基础，对ITIL的管理流程在系统运维管理中的模式进行研究。In order to do a good job in the new situation,operation and maintenance management information systems, information systems to ensure regular, reliable,efficient and safe operation for users and business units to provide quality services,we must change the existing system management and operation and maintenance the process.In this paper ITIL based, on the ITIL management processes in the system operation and maintenance management model for research.
