摘　　要：随着湖南社会经济的发展,环境问题日益突出,被国家确立为建设"两型社会"的示范省区,提出了"四个湖南"战略构想,其中把"绿色湖南"放在第一位。绿色文化建设是"绿色湖南"应有内涵之一。绿色文化的建设需要政府、企业、公众和民间组织的共同努力,同时要加强绿色教育和绿色宣传。With the development of Hunan society and economic, environmental issues have become increasingly prominent in Hunan, and established by the state to build a ＂Two-oriented society＂demonstration provinces,proposed a＂four Hunan＂strategic concept,in which the ＂Green Hunan＂is on the first bit.Green culture should be one of the content of the＂Green Hunan＂.Building Green culture need government, business, public and private organizations work together, at the same time, should strengthen the green education and green advocacy.
