摘　　要：施工合同价款的诉讼时效争议,具有相当的复杂性和专业性。结合相关法律、司法解释和标准合同范本的规定,并通过对有关合同价款的诉讼时效争议的典型判决进行分析,提出几点建议,以期对工程合同管理实务和相关专业人士理解施工合同中诉讼时效问题及其争议有所帮助。Limitation of actions controversial of construction contract price has complexity and professional. Connecting with relevant laws, judicial interpretation and provisions of standard sample contract, discuss some court＇s typical judgments about limitation of actions controversial of construction contract price, and gives some suggestions. These study results will be helpful for construction administrators and engineers and other professionals understanding the limitation and various limitation disputes under construction contracts environment.
