摘　　要：有关项目治理,在国外已产生较多代表性的研究成果,在国内存在深入研究的必要。通过总结代表性文献,从项目治理的概念界定、治理原则和治理结构三个方面展开评述,归纳出项目治理的定义,公共项目的治理原则,以及影响项目治理结构的要素,并探讨了未来研究方向。About project governance, there are many representative research overseas, so it is necessary to research deeply in our country. Basing on the lots of representative literatures, summarizes the definition of project governance, governance principles for public projects, factors influencing governance structure from three aspect of concept, governance principle and governance structure. Finally, future research directions of the study are discussed.
