摘 要:目的通过对建立医师不良执业行为积分管理制度的必要性进行探讨,并对具体内涵分值设定的合理性和可行性进行研究,为政策制定提供依据。方法医师、管理者群体抽样问卷调查。结果根据具体医师不良行为的严重程度,分别给予1分、2分、4分、6分、12分5个档位的参考分值,管理者打分与参考分值较为一致,医师打分有集中效应。结论医师不良执业行为管理将大大加强医师定期考核工作的效率和效果,但在具体分值设定上应当再做调整,并加强对医师群体的宣传工作。Objective To discuss the necessity of establishing the integral management system of physicians' bad practice behavior and to study the feasibility of specific content and scores, in order to provide a basis for policy formulation. Method Sample survey of physicians and managers' group is done. Result There are five stalls reference scores (1, 2, 4, 6, 12) which depending on the severity of physician misconduct. Managers scored more in consist with the reference scores, while physicians scored a concentration effect. Conclusion Integral management system of physicians's bad practice behavior will greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of physicians' regular assessment work. Adjustments should be done on some specific score, and publicity work toward the physician groups should also be strengthened.
