摘　　要：根据目前我国新出现的一些医疗纠纷调解机制,结合国外成功的调解经验,总结了第三方调解和强制医疗险两种新的调解模式,以期使这些新的模式在医疗纠纷调解实践中发挥作用。Based on several burgeoning mediation mechanism and the combination with successful foreign mediation experience, two new modes of mediation are summarized, namely third-party mediation and compulsory hospitalization insurance, to make new modes actually work welt in the practice of mediation of medical dispute.
