摘 要:为了满足直接安装中央制动器的要求,对原有变速器后壳进行了结构改进设计,并利用有限元法校核了改进后的壳体静力学强度与刚度。通过模态仿真分析,比较了原方案与改进后方案的模态振动特性。分析结果表明,改进后的壳体能承受制动器制动力矩的作用而不会发生损坏,自由模态频率较原方案略有提高,约束模态频率远高于变速器受到的激振频率。该变速器后壳具有良好的静态、动态特性,满足实际使用需求。In order to satisfy the requirement of installing central brake directly in transmission rear case,the structure of rear case is improved appropriately.The statics strength and stiffness of improved rear case are checked and the vibration performance,between original design and optimization design is compared by modal simulation analysis.According to the calculation results,the improved rear case would not suffer from the gigantic torque produced by central brake.The free modal frequencies of improved design are slightly higher than the ones of original design in corresponding modal orders,and constraints modal frequency are much higher than the excitation frequency that transmission bearing.In conclusion,this transmission rear case has good static and dynamic characteristics to meet actual request.
