摘　　要：通过临床路径概念发展,描述临床路径管理定义及关键特征,分析临床路径电子应用趋势,总结医学本体临床路径知识库建模方法及应用。通过查阅相关文献,追溯临床路径的起源及特点,分析临床路径关键特征要素,总结临床路径应用的11个关键特征;对临床路径电子化应用分析,研究国内外临床路径知识库的建设方法;通过临床路径电子化应用发展,描述基于本体的临床路径诊疗知识库的建模方法。研究表明,临床路径知识库建设是临床路径电子化应用的核心,其建模方法和知识库模型对医院临床信息化建设有至关重要的影响。To describe the definition and the key characters of Clinical pathways, this thesis summarized clinical modeling method of pathway knowledge base and its applications. Derivation of working definition of clinical pathways that includes 11 descriptors through the published literatures. Articulation of methodology for abstracting and modeling practice oriented knowledge from clinical pathways. Representation of our Clinical pathway ontology knowledge base model. Implementation of clinical pathway knowledge is the core of electronic clinical pathway application. Its modeling methodology is vital influence to the clinical information system construction.
