摘　　要：公立医院公益性是公立医院的根本属性。公立医院如何既体现公益性,又能保证自身的健康持续发展,是医院管理者思考和关注的问题。重庆医科大学附属第一医院坚持公立医院公益性,在实践公益性方面进行了有益的尝试和探索,实现了公益性和医院发展的平衡。Pubhc welfare is basic property of public hospital. How to reflect public hospital＇ s public welfare and maintain its own healthily and sustained, development is a problem for hospital＇ s administrators to think and concern with. The first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University insisted on the public hospital＇ s public welfare and did useful attempting and explorations about it. It realized the balance between public welfare and development of the hospital.
