摘　　要：从国内独特人文环境论述了目前紧张的医患关系,从社会制度、医学伦理、医学科学等方面论述了医患关系的症结所在。研究表明,改善医患关系、构建和谐医疗环境需要政府作为,加大政府对医疗行业的实质性投入,保障医务人员和患者利益;改革、完善医疗体制,重建医务人员职业伦理道德;良好医患关系是保证医疗服务高质量、和谐医疗环境的基础,而医患沟通是建立和谐关系的前提;正确引导,发挥新闻媒体的正面效应;改变就医模式,倡导合理就医渠道。To discuss the present tense doctor-patient relationship through the domestic unique cultural environment. To discuss the crux of doctor-patient relationship through the social system, medical ethics, medical science, etc. Research shows that improving physician-patient relationship, medical environment needs to build a harmonious government as to increase the government＇s substantial investment in the medical industry, to protect the interests of the medical staff and patients; reform and improve the health care system, rebuild the medical staff of professional ethics; good doctor-patient relationship is to ensure high quality medical services, medical environment and harmonious basis, and physicianpatient communication is a prerequisite to establish a harmonious relationship; proper guidance, to play the positive effect of the news media; change the medical model, advocated reasonable medical channels.
