摘　　要：对数字电视自组织并播技术进行了理论和缩比实验研究。根据统一内容定位(UCL,Uniform Content Locator)标引技术对内容进行识别的原理,确定了数字电视UCL信息标引框架和映射方案。在实验室构建的双网融合平台上设计了一种数字电视自组织并播系统,实现了按节目热度以固定速率、时分复用方式的16路节目的并播和客户端的数据解析。该系统有效地验证了自组织并播技术的可行性,为实际播存电视应用模型的设计积累必要的理论依据与实验数据。The theory and scaling experiment on the self-organized PB（Parallel-Broadcasting） technology for digital TV is studied. Based on the theory of UCL（Uniform Content Locator） indexing technology for identification of the contents, the indexing frame and mapping method for UCL information of digital TV are determined. A self-organized PB system for digital TV is designed on the double-network structured platform in laboratory, thus implemented the PB of 16-routers programs in the way of fixed speed based on program-heat levels and TDM mode and the data analysis at the client end. This system efficiently demonstrates the feasibility of the self-organized PB technology and provides necessary theoretical basis and experimental data for the design of practical broad-storage TV application model.
