摘　　要：重点讨论了由于个人通信的发展将卫星通信推进到移动卫星的时代，简要回顾了卫星通信的发展历程，综述了移动卫星通信的发展背景、发展现状及所存在的主要问题。This article lays stress on the discussion that satellite communications has been coming into an age of mobile communications due to the development of personal communication.Looking back on the development of satellite communications,this article summarizes the back ground ,present situation and main problems of mobile satellite communications.
