摘  要:目的:了解海南省0~5岁儿童生长发育和营养状况,为促进儿童生长发育提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面研究和多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,在海南省18个市县抽取36个乡镇72个村庄共6 103名0~5岁儿童进行体检,用Z评分法对0~5岁儿童生长发育和营养状况进行生长发育和营养状况的评价。结果:不同性别和不同年龄段儿童的身长别体重、年龄别体重、年龄别身长Z评分均低于WHO标准,并且0~5个月儿童营养状况不良较明显。结论:海南省0~5岁儿童体格发育状况和近、远期营养状况较差,均低于WHO标准,建议采取有针对性措施改善儿童的营养状况并促进儿童体格生长发育。Objective:To understand the growth and development,nutritional status of rural children aged 0-5 years old in Hainan province,provide a scientific basis for promoting the growth and development of the children.Methods:Cross sectional survey and multistage stratified cluster sampling method were used in the study.A total of 6 103 children aged 0-5 years old received physical examination who were selected from 72 villages of 36 towns in 18 cities(counties) of Hainan province,Z scoring method was used to evaluate the growth and development,nutritional status of the children aged 0-5 years in Hainan province.Results:The Z values of hight for weight,weight for age,and height for age among the children of different genders and different age groups were lower than the criteria of WHO,and the adverse nutritional status of the children aged 0-5 months was obvious.Conclusion:The growth and development,short-term and long-term nutritional status of the children aged 0-5 years old in Hainan province are poor,which are lower than the criteria of WHO,it is recommended to take corresponding measures to improve the nutritional status and promote the growth and development of the children.
