摘　　要：结合实际运行经验,在评价继电保护装置运行状态的过程中,将定性的评价结果用定量信息进行描述。应用模糊综合评判方法对继保装置的状态开展量化评估。在研究并选取状态特征参量的基础上,引入模糊数学理论,将状态参量信息通过模糊正态分布隶属函数来表示,并对比研究了其可行性。实例证明,该方法在评价继保装置状态时,模糊正态分布隶属函数可以将设备状态特征信息和设备性能进行有效地关联,恰当地反映了设备当前的运行工况,较为符合继保装置运行状态变化规律。其评价结果可以为科学开展设备状态检修、风险评估等工作提供科学的依据。Based on the practical operating experience, this paper describes the results of qualitative evaluation by quantitative information in status evaluation of protective relays. It uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the quantitative evaluation of relays. Based on researching and selecting the characteristic parameters of devices, this paper makes the membership function in fuzzy normal distribution show status information, then studies its feasibility comparatively. Example shows that this membership function associates status information with performance characteristics well when evaluating protective relays. The method reflects the current operating condition properly, which is in line with the variation rule of the device operating status. The evaluation results can provide scientific basis for state maintenance and risk assessment.
