摘 要:矿山充填可以保护有限的土地资源,节约开支,实现矿山的无废排放,减少重大安全隐患。采用取自程潮铁矿的全尾砂为骨料、普通425#水泥为胶结剂进行配比实验,针对影响充填体强度的灰砂比、龄期及料浆浓度这3个因素进行沉降实验、黏度实验、塌落度实验,基于216个试样的单轴抗压强度数据,分析得到充填体抗压强度与这3个因素均呈现正相关,依据28 d充填体抗压强度指标确定适合程潮铁矿的充填体配比,可以为程潮铁矿充填采矿工艺参数的选取提供理论依据。Mine filling can protect the limited land resources, save expenditure, realize no wastes emission and eliminate the potential hazards. The mixing proportion experiment of filling material which consisted of the full tailing taken from the Chengchao iron mine as the aggregate and the common 425^# cement as the cementing was carried out. The settlement test, viscosity test and slump test were made on the three factors influencing the strength of filling, such as cement - sand ratio, age and slurry concentration. The uniaxial compressive strength data of 216 samples was analyzed, the result showed the compressive strength of filling was positive correlation with all the three factors. Based on 28 d compressive strength of the filling, a suitable filling mixing proportion for the Chengchaoiron mine was determined, and this provided a theoretical basis for the parameters selection of mining and filling processes.
