摘 要:针对湖北某铜矿原矿性质复杂、浮选作业铜矿物解离不充分、回收率较低的问题,试验采用高碱度优先浮选流程结合中矿选择性再磨进行研究,结果铜回收率达到81.23%,在保证精矿品位的情况下回收率提高1.53个百分点。对新、原流程精I入选矿石的解离度及筛分化验分析表明,中矿再磨能提高铜矿物解离度,使矿物在易选粒度级别富集。Aiming at the problem the complex properties of the run - of - mine ore, insufficient liberation of copper minerals and low copper recovery in a copper mine of Hubei, a research was clone basing on the original process. In the experiment, by using selective flotation process in high alkalinity and the selective regrinding of middling, the copper recovery reached 81.23% , was inceased byl. 53% while the concentrate grade was guaranteed. It was shown that the regrinding of middlings can raise the liberation degree and make the ore concentrated easily by liberation analysis and sceening chemical analysis on the feeding ores of the first scavenging.
