摘 要:针对会泽铅锌矿选矿厂再磨作业矿物泥化严重及再磨效率低等问题,进行了二段再磨介质的优化试验研究。研究结果显示:在精矿再磨中用尺寸精确的铸铁段组取代钢球,磨不细产率降低了0.55个百分点,中间易选级别提高了2.64个百分点,-500目过粉碎含量降低了2.02个百分点,有效地减轻了泥化现象。In the view of the extremely sliming and low efficiency of the concentrate regrinding of the mixed lead - zinc ore in Huize mine, experimental study on the optimization of secondary grinding medium was carried out. The result showed that when a cast iron set with a accurate size was used to replace steel ball, the productivity of which can not be ground was decreased by O. 55%, the middlesize product which is easy to dress was increased by 2.64%, the content of over - grinded product at - 500 meshes was decreased by 2.02% , the sliming situation was alleviated effectively.
