摘 要:针对某钼矿选矿厂浮选工艺中存在石灰加入量不易控制及水玻璃的加入量较大容易导致生产不稳定、浓缩作业不理想的问题进行了试验研究。通过实验发现:浮选中取消加入石灰有利于改善分选效果,取消扫选作业水玻璃的加入对分选效果影响不大,不会造成辉钼矿矿物在尾矿的大量流失;取消粗选加入水玻璃对精矿品位略有影响,实践中应注意强化粗精矿的精选,以保证最终精矿品位。In the flotation process of a molybdenum concentration plant, it was difficult to control the dosage of lime and the dosage of water glass was too large in the flotation process, these leaded to instable production and unsatisfactory concentrating result. Experimental study on the problems of regulator for the flotation process was made. It made a conclusion that no adding of lime in the flotation process would help to improve separation effect, no adding of water glass in the scavenging process has little effect on the separation effect, these could not cause a great loss of molybdenite minerals into the tailings, and no adding of water glass in the roughing process has a slight impact on the grade of concentrate. So the attention should be paid to the strengthening of the concentrating of the rough concentrate in practice in order to ensure the final concentrate grade.
