摘  要:针对有底柱分段崩落法难采采场矿山爆破效果差、大块多、悬顶卡斗事故频繁等问题,采用自拉槽小补偿空间微差复合挤压的小抵抗线大孔距两个采场联合爆破落矿方案,中深孔排间交错布置,不同倾角采用不同孔径的炮孔,拉底扩漏,采用多打孔、少装药的方法进行,有效解决了采场爆破存在的问题,爆破后矿石块度均匀,采场放矿效果良好,悬顶卡斗事故减少,二次爆破量大大减少,炸药单耗由0.4 kg/t降至0.27 kg/t。In view of the problems existing in the mining of stope difficult to exploit for sublevel caving with sill pillar in Huili zinc mine, such as poor blasting effect, high boulder yield, and the high frequency of hanging arch and ore pass blocking troubles, a composite compression blasting scheme with small compensation space, wide hole space and small burden, which implement self -cutting, short -delay detonating, and the interlaced arrangement of medium - length holes among rows, the diameters of holes with different dip angle were different. The method of more drilling with less explosive charge was used to crater reaming and undercutting. The problems existing in stope blasting were solved by the means of the above measure, the fragmentation of blasted ore was uniform, the result of the ore drawing was good, hanging arch and ore pass blocking troubles lessened, and the amount of the second blasting was reducing obviously, the specific consumption of explosive decreased from 0.4 g/t to 0.27 g/t.
