摘 要:微细电极的形状是影响微细电解加工尺寸与质量的重要因素。通过理论分析得出电源、电压、占空比、浸入深度等影响电极成形的规律,并验证其正确性。结果表明,在一定加工环境下可加工出形状和尺寸较理想的电极,并用不同形状的电极进行了电解钻孔实验,对比了电极的加工性能。The shape of micro- electrode is one of important factors on effecting the size and qual- ity in micro-electrochemical machining. In this study, theoretical model of various parameters effecting on the forming law of micro-electrode, such as kinds of power, voltage and duty ratio, are built up. A series of experiments are done to prove the theoretical analysis. Experimental results show that, under certain processing conditions, more desirable shape and size of the electrode can be processed. By doing drilling experiments with different shape of micro-electrodes in micro-ECM, the processing perfor- mances of the electrodes are compared.
