摘  要:采用塑料软管流动性试验方法,从泡沫爬高高度、流动指数、密度分布探讨冰箱用聚氨酯硬质泡沫环戊烷发泡体系中催化剂、泡沫稳定剂等因素对物料流动性的影响。结果表明,当复合催化剂PC-5、PC-8、DMP-30用量分别为0.15、0.4、2.2份时,此环戊烷发泡体系的流动性较好。泡沫稳定剂AK-8805对环戊烷体系的流动性影响主要体现在泡沫密度分布方面,当AK-8805用量为2.0份时,发泡体系的密度分布最均匀。Using the test method of plastic hose liquidity, the influences of catalysts and foam stabilizer on flow ability of polyurethane foaming system for refrigerator were studied by the foam climb ability, flow index, foam density distribution. The results showed that the flow ability of foam was better when PC-5 was 0. 15 portions, PC-8 was 0.4 portions, DMP-30 was 2 portions. Foam stabilizer had main influence on the density distribution of the foam. Density distribution of the foam was uniform when the amount of AK-8805 foam stabilizer was 2. 0 portions.
